We operate the National Lone Parent Helpline, which is run in partnership
with One Parent Families.
The helpline is supported
by the Royal Bank of Scotland as part of their Community Investor Programme
and the Scottish Executive.
Freephone Helpline
The freephone helpline operates from Edinburgh and London. Callers from
Scotland should call 0808 801 0323 and callers south of the border should
phone 0800 018 5026.
Information line open between 9.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday

parent factsheets and a Directory
of Organisations dealing with Lone Parent Issues online 24 hours a
day.

Launch
The freephone service was launched on 25th March 2002, with assistance
from Malcolm Chisolm in Edinburgh.
