Join One Parent Families Scotland

Membership

You can support our work by joining OPFS.

The benefits of being a member of One Parent Families Scotland are clear, so why don’t you join us?

As a member, you will have full use of our services and:

  • Receive our newsletter and annual report, as well as updates on OPFS activities in your area.
  • Receive advance notice of new publications, free briefing sheets & clear user friendly updates on changes in benefits and legislation.
  • Receive preferential rates at our training courses and conferences.
  • Have a source of information that enables you to answer the queries you have day-to-day on lone parent issues.
  • Receive advice & practical hints on setting up local groups.
  • Help shape our policies, be invited to our AGM and be consulted about our work - we value your input into new research and services.
  • Know that, if you are a lone parent, you’re not alone in any problems you face. We can give you access to specialist help you need.
  • Know that you are supporting OPFS’s campaign to improve the lives of lone parents & their children by breaking down negative stereotyping.
