The Assistant Manager will coordinate the various components which contribute to the Lanarkshire service as a whole, to ensure they are being delivered on time; ensuring that deadlines and project outcomes are met; managing staff and keeping all interested parties in the project informed of progress.
The post holder will be responsible for the overall management of OPFS Therapeutic Support, including partnership and volunteer management, collaboration with OPFS Digital to produce online content and communications and development of OPFS Health & Wellbeing Training Services.
The Family Support Worker will be responsible to the Local Family Support Service Manager for the provision of 1:1 support and group programmes for single parents which, adopting a psychoeducational approach, will improve outcomes for their families.
